This new book I’ve written SWEET DREAMS AHEAD FOR BED is a story that literally outlines the steps for getting ready for sleep for babies to four-year-olds. Also, in the book are tips for parents on how to get your child to go to sleep. And what I’ve discovered in the new books I’ve been doing is the front of the book is the story, and the back four pages are parenting information…So, now what’s happening is parents are reading the book out loud, then they’re reading the tips. It’s a wonderful way to get information to parents. This has really been successful.

In 1991, following the death of Dr. Seuss, she was selected by Penguin Random House to write “The Cat in the Hat’s Learning Library”, a series of rhyming science books for early readers. Her book “There’s No Place Like Space” has been on the Wall Street Journal Bestseller list every year since 2014.
As a singer, she has performed with Jim Henson’s Muppets for Sesame Street on the television series, albums and specials. She has also written over 300 children’s songs for broadcast television and Crystal Gayle and Pat Benatar have both recorded her songs.
Tish was a contributing script writer for the Clifford and Clifford’s Puppy Days animated television series for Scholastic, Entertainment, was the Head Writer for “I Spy” for HBO Family and was a Creative Consultant at Cartoon Network for the children’s series “Gerald McBoing Boing”. She also wrote two popular music videos for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Ms. Rabe splits her time between New York City and Mystic, Connecticut and is a mom, step-mom and grandmother. She is the featured vocalist in her band, Tish Rabe and Friends, and is known as the Singing Author because she sings to students during her school author visits.
